The Ford F-150 has proven time and time again that it stands above the competition, thanks to its power and capability. Drivers can take the standard F-150 a step further with the Raptor trim, which is designed to exude power both on and off the road, ensuring drivers can get the most out of driving on any terrain.

 

Performance

Under the hood, the 2019 F-150 Raptor packs a 3.5-liter EcoBoost® engine that reaches 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. The standard electronic 10-speed automatic transmission also comes with a Normal, Tow-Haul, Snow-Wet, EcoSelect and Sport mode to make the most of its capability and acceleration.

 

Handling

Unlike the other trims of the F-150, the Raptor trim is only available with a 4x4 drivetrain to have improved traction and handling. It also features an electronic-locking rear differential, the Trail ControlTM and the Terrain Management SystemTM, which comes standard with seven selectable modes, for off-roading adventures. FOX Live Valve Shocks and BFGoodrich® KO2 all-terrain tires further help you handle the pickup on different terrains.

 

Exterior and appearance

The exterior of the F-150 Raptor is equipped with the durability you need and the appearance you want. Its LED box lighting, headlamps, and taillamps give you enough visibility to work in the dark. The Raptor will surely turn heads with its rugged matte-black accents and front grille, as well as its beadlock-capable wheels.

 

Safety

Vehicle safety is important no matter where you drive. That’s why the Ford F-150 Raptor utilizes features, like automatic high beams and AdvanceTrac® with Roll Stability ControlTM, which works to keep all four wheels on the ground. The Rear View Camera with Dynamic Hitch Assist is an additional feature that lets you easily look behind the pickup while in reverse, keeping you and others safe.
